Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since receiving the item, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

***MUST CALL 866-987-0977 AND OBTAIN A RETURN AUTHORIZATION CODE (RMA) TO BE QUALIFIED FOR A REFUND AND RETURN!***

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, Or refuse shipping as this will not result to a refund but will result to an additional shipping fees. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your full refund minus the simple return fee 

Return Fees-

-Portable scooters & electric bikes under $1,000 are $350 to return.

-Portable scooters & electric bikes over $1,000, are $450 to return.

-Portable electric wheelchairs are $500 to return.

-Large freight delivered scooters, large power chairs, and large electric bikes range from $500-$800 for return, depending on weight and size.

-Solar generators and large powerbank return fees vary from $350-$700

Once an item leaves our warehouse, the customer is responsible for the return fee if decides to cancel while in shipping transit. Refusing shipping will not result to a refund but will result to an additional ‘shipment refusal’ fee of an additional $150 dollars. If you would like to cancel while in transit please notify us immediately at 866-987-0977 so we can make the proper arrangements with the item in transit.  

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days of the item arriving back to our warehouses. (Please allow 10 business days for the credit to show on your credit/debit card.)


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
